For Cleanse, Beauty, Low Calorie, Immunity:


Strawberry Basil Limeade

-makes one 16 oz. serving

¼ cup packed basil leaves

2-3 leaves  collard greens

5-6 strawberries

2 limes

1 cup mineral water

1-2 tbsp. honey (optional)

Juice all fruits and greens. Pour contents over ice and add mineral water.


Coolaide

-makes one 16 oz. serving

2 cups spinach  

½ mint

2 limes (peeled)

thumbs of ginger

1-2 tsp. chia seeds

1 cup water

Juice all greens, fruit, and ginger. Pour over ice and chia seeds. Stir with a spoon and serve.

Camu-Dig It?

-makes one 16 oz. serving

1 tsp. camu berry powder

½ cup pomegranate seeds

3 lemons

1 tsp. chia seeds

1 cup coconut water

1 cup ice

Juice lemons. Add lemon juice to other ingredients in a blender and mix until pink.
