Roasted Chickpeas as a Snack

Ingredients:
- 30 oz. canned chickpeas, drain, rinse, and pat dry with paper towels
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat Oven to 400°
- Toss chickpeas in bowl with olive oil and salt
- Spread evenly on baking sheet and back for 25-30 minutes, until crunchy and golden
- Combine remaining spices and sprinkle over roasted chickpeas.
